Every order is backed by a 100% satisfaction guarantee. You approve a digital mockup before production starts, and if the finished patches do not match the approved proof we remake them or make it right.

For iron-on backing: set a household iron to the cotton setting (about 300–320°F / 150–160°C) with no steam. Place the patch, cover it with a thin cloth, and press firmly for 20–30 seconds. Turn the garment inside out and press the back for another 20 seconds, then let it cool completely before handling.

For items washed often, add a few stitches around the edge for a permanent hold. A heat press at the same temperature for 15–20 seconds with medium pressure works too.

Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) give the cleanest stitching. PNG or JPG at 300 dpi also works. Keep text at least 0.25" tall, avoid gradients and very thin lines, and tell us any Pantone colours to match.

A sketch or a photo is fine too. Our artists redraw it free and send a mockup for approval.

Machine wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not bleach or dry clean, and avoid ironing directly on the embroidery. Iron-on patches hold up to regular washing; for daily-wash garments we recommend sewing the edge.

Every order is checked against the approved mockup before it ships. If something arrives wrong or damaged, contact us within 30 days with your order number and a photo and we will reprint or refund, whichever you prefer.
